When you click on a main category, a list of subcategories appears and those subcategories take the shopper directly to product listings. Under the subcategories appears a list of featured products within the general category you selected. These may include sale items or just popular purchases by other customers.
Across the bottom of the page is another set of navigation links, including the “printing” tab that leads to the custom printing service. It may be difficult for customers to find because this navigation bar appears at the bottom of the page. During the site analysis, we found the navigation to be spotty. We had to re-type the URL into the address bar several times to go to any other page on the site because none of the links would work. However, at other times, the buttons seemed to be working perfectly, so it is clear that the site navigation is functional, but may occasionally experience glitches.
Bulk discounts are available on certain items. Basically, shoppers can get a lower unit price by choosing a larger package. Bulk items are listed separately within the same product categories.
